Arrived well packed. Great looking model, A true Dark Horse indeed as the color looks better than it does in the photos! Nice shiny gunmetal finish even though the real color is called "Carbonized Gray". Thankfully it's not a dull boring "Gray" like so many real cars are today, they look like their still in body primer before being painted!

Sent me a damaged model which cost me $650 . The model arrived with a broken side door mirror. I asked if I could returned model for a new one , they told me no because they didn’t have any more in stock, which is a lie because they have two more models for sale on eBay. They told me they would only refund my purchase when I mailed the model back, this wouldn’t be a problem if the model was small scale but this model is 1:12 and the box is huge. I asked for a discount ,no reply.

Hi, we are sorry to hear that the item was damaged in transit. Just to clear up a few things though; we told you that you could return the item for a refund or replacement. We also sent you the ebay article explaining how to do so. We never said we wouldn't replace the item. You then wanted a refund processed before you return the item which we cannot do.
