Unfortunately, the box got smashed up in shipping, so despite great packing the unit was broken (front panel detached, loose parts rattling in the enclosure). I uploaded the photos of the damage, and the seller called me back immediately. We had a great conversation, mourned the untimely loss of a great instrument, and he immediately issued a full refund. I found one ribbon cable that was unseated during shipping, and that was the issue. The seller offered discounts on further purchases, which was very welcome.
