This was inside the original manufacturers packaging and nothing to do with the supplier. I contacted the supplier and within 2 days the damaged item was returned and a replacement recieved. Considering this happened over a weekend it's the best customer service I've experienced. Firsts class . Thankyou

He messaged back the next morning and said he had found one and that the kit was on its way. It arrived the following day! Highly impressed!!
