Das Paket kam beim Kunden eingedrückt an. Kunde weigert sich ein Foto zuzusenden und möchte eine Erstattung. Wir haben ihm eine Teilerstattung angeboten obwohl er die Dichtung verbaut hat. Kd. möchte aber die Bewertung stehen lassen.
