Customer service 'Adam' whilst polite, the solutions offered to resolved the matter was a £1.50 refund (insult) or return parasol at my own expense. I asked either to send out a carry bag whatever the colour (they sell them at £5.95), or a partial refund of £5 (difference between cost of parasol with no carry bag and tiny bit for inconvenience). My offer declined.
