When I opened the box there was some broken up Styrofoam but not enough to keep the items from rattling around loosely in the box. Shipping was over by $8. Listing stated it include silverware tray. Seller contacted me at last minute to tell me it was not included. I asked for refund in shipping overages since this item was not included. No refund given.

They used a box that was smaller than the item and had to fold the packaging and consequently crush the cardboard part quite a bit.
