    it's a good ballast I have used this ballast many times and it's very easy to hook up wires are color coated and match your old ballast wires 2 blue 2 red 2 yellow and 1 black and 1 white power wires wire the black to black and white to white and then the colored wires don't matter witch way as long as blue to blue red to red and yellow to yellow and if this ballast is longer than the one you are replacing don.t worry your fixture has a pre drilled hole already for this ballast.
