After providing proof of damage and contacting the seller twice all I have received is an “I’m so sorry”. I paid $150 to have it delivered and he did not insure it and wouldn’t even refund that portion of the deal. Never do business with this person.

This is among the best transactions I have ever done on eBay, if not the best. The guitar was exactly as described..way beyond my expectations.. and the seller was outstanding. This fine instrument was packed so perfectly, it could have been shipped to the moon and back..not kidding!...I would buy from this seller again in a heartbeat!
