The food sealer I purchased described it as new unboxed. When i received it it came with the latch broken and it was slightly sticky. The small broken piece was not in the package so that tells me it was already broken. Seller also said no refunds. I took 2 pics of the problem and sent them to the seller. I received no feedback back. I’d like a refund.
