Unit took 5 minutes to setup as it basically comes assembled. Laser has 2 modes - 40watt & 22watt
Works extremely well. Be careful using 40 watt mode on thin - 3mm or less board as it warped and almost cut through the aluminum plate under the honeycomb bed. Using the 22 watt mode is OK on these thin boards.
A smoke/fume extractor is essential if using indoors as plenty of smoke is generated during the cut.

I did have an issue with my unit (a limit switch was not plugged in correctly at the factory) but it was nothing to do with the seller and I was able to fix it myself easily by simply plugging in the tiny connector. Works great and I have had no further problems.
