I never gave my address in Illinois! You gave me pieces of broken metal and when I asked you to replace them you declined and you wouldn’t even be willing to give me back the CAD equivalent and declined to reimburse me the FULL amount of shipping costs. You knew I was in Canada!

This was an international order. We did not know it was going to Canada. We also disclosed details and photo's with item. The nails were from 1896. Illinois was the shipping hub. We sent what was described in the listing. We tried to make things right with her to no avail.
