But apparently they were out of stock in their St. Louis warehouse. So they had to ship one from Taiwan. So considering that, it was pretty fast. Otherwise it was new condition and in the factory package. It was wrapped in bubble wrap in two layers and in an envelope. So it was good enough. What I payed was lower than anywhere else I could get a new one. So it was a good value And Ultegra R8000 is great quality.
