      A Refreshing Twist

      I enjoyed the Benevolent Maleficent, a refreshing spin on a classic tale with a possible ulterior political metaphor or at very least the message that things aren't always as they seem. Mrs. Pitt was fabulous in the role as well as delightfully giddy Elle Fanning and out-of-his-element Sam Riley. I purchased it immediately after renting it, had to own it. A Disney Feel-Good Classic still.

      Wonderful DVD, great family view.

      Appeals to such a large audience. Not to scarey for children, little to no violence, story line different than most so holds the adult interest. Humor also.

      The Real Meaning of True Love's Kiss

      Already being a fan of Ms. Jolie's, this was a perfect role for her to play. Warning: Possible Spoiler - The back story of Maleficent as a child, and her betrayal by a friend, gives an insight to her character that I found plausible and shifted my perspective of her actions later. Loved the ending, and the redemption found, it gives hope. Entertaining for both children and adults. Having young Aurora played by Ms. Jolie's own daughter was icing on the cake, for me.

      From so much hurt and anger it goes to show that love truly over powers, from the least of people you'd expect

      It's an incredible tale. A remake of the Sleeping Beauty from Disney. It actually recreates it to something a bit more modern. Definitely one to add to your collection.

      Maleficent

      This is a movie where you have real people living beside an enchanted forest where almost everything comes to life in this special place. The king doesn't like it because he can't control the enchanted forest. It is a very good movie if you like to watch these fairy tail type movies. I would recommend it to anyone who loves Disney movies.
