I was interested in buying from this seller, due to noting the amazing amount of positive feedbacks from buyers. This was not my experience at all. I purchased a purse, that was listed as Available. Within 2 days , after checking about delivery. The seller had cancelled my purchase, stating that I cancelled , which was untrue. And, marked the item UNAVAILABLE. However, upon checking with upper management. The purse is still up on the website, as ACTIVE.

There is a reason for such posstive feedback, it is our customer service. We had informed you about item being out of stock, we are a Top Rated Seller we have to ship the item in 1 day. But your failure to respond to our request and to leave a negative feedback for an out of stock item is something we have never seen in 20 yrs of selling on ebay. There is no upper mgmt. on ebay who you spoke to, but we have reported your ID to ebay and the upper mgmt. you spoke to, will take action on this.
