Disappointed. I ordered the product that was in the picture the seller put on its website. When the product arrived, it was the wrong one. I sent them a message and they responded they would check in on it. The next message said that they would issue me a refund. I told them I really wanted the product. They said could not find it and sent me a return label. I had to repackage it and take it to the post office, but i could not get a refund until they received the wrong one back. several days
