Avoid seller. Seller scammed me by posting pictures of a mint product (this is a collector's item), then sent me an item that had extremely damaged packaging and was wrapped in tape. When I messaged him, he lied an claimed it was in mint condition before he mailed it (so the tape got there after being shipped?) He agreed to refund half the total, then refunded only 25% and stopped replying. Avoid this seller.

Advertised a new set of Philiips Norelco shaving heads. Instead, sent me a set of aftermarket heads in an opened package (see pictures). No communication after the sale. I had to get a refund. Summary of transaction: waste of my time. EBay, if you are reading this, sellers like this should be penalized or banned, as they undermine the confidence in eBay marketplace.
