VERY poorly packaged. The box was torn up on delivery and there was insufficient packing material inside. There was some minor damage (one of the feet was broken off). This is a 45 lb unit that was loose inside the box with only one wrap of bubble wrap. Most of the bubbles were popped and flat. it is amazing that there was not more damage to the unit. Use caution when purchasing and discuss with the seller packaging before shipping--something I did not do, but a good seller should know.

I don't know how to contact the seller. The package did not include the Toslink cable which connects to the TV. Therefore the device he sent is unusable. I need to return the package unless he can send me the Toslink cable.
