I ordered a 1/2” compressed air filter water trap and when I received it, it was to large so I measured it and sent them a picture showing it was not a 1/2” it was 3/4” and after showing the pictures they told me to send pictures again and then I did and they said I got the right item. So keep in mind they do not know what size is in their boxes. And even with picture proof and measurements they will deny they sent you wrong part. No offer of sending correct one or refund or sending it back.
