Michael and I had a miscommunication due to my fault and I left a bad review. After I made contact and explained the shortcomings, he immediately offered to make me whole by shipping out the missing parts. You can't ask for better customer service than that, and the dinosaur refurbed PC runs amazingly well and FAST! FANTASTIC deal, fantastic customer support! BUY IT! 👍

Will take bolt to hardware store and try to get another pin as now the screw that holds bracket on is loose and not staying tight. As there were not instructions or pics watched u tube vidio for how to put on,

Emailed pics to the seller, they responded promptly and we agreed to a new face plate. Part arrived a few days later in perfect condition, I installed and we are up and running.
