They didn't send the item after 2 months and I strongly believe they didn't have any intention to send it anyway. They offered a cheap price to entice people and keep their money for a while and then simply say sorry and propose for a refund!!! This is a scenario. One other evidence is, these sellers exactly sent the same text for a refund proposal!!!
