I highly recommend these, if someone falls could help them to not fracture or break a hip. All the directions are in the German language but it's pretty common sense how to use it. on YouTube are many videos on how someone should fall and are worth watching. You are supposed to fall forward with your hands outstretched so you don't injure a wrist, but sometimes you fall so fast it doesn't give someone time to think about it! It would be nice if there were some outside pockets made on it.
