    Great all around camera for the outdoorsman!!!

    Great camera!!! Does everything and more than expected!! The camera is easy to use, starts up very fast, the menus are well prepared. The only thing I would recommend about the camera is that the manual needs a few more details added to it to make using the camera easier!!!

    Great compact camera that you can take anywhere!

    We purchased this camera for our honeymoon because we knew we would be doing several water activities that we wanted to capture. This camera was perfect! We took it in the water when we went swimming under a waterfall and it took great photos underwater and above! The deepest we took it was about 15ft underwater and we had no problems with it. I think the photo quality is good for a point and shoot. I think all compact point and shoots should be waterproof and shockproof. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a camera that can weather the elements.

    Professional camera wrapped up in a perfect package for novices!

    I was told about this camera by my brother who is a professional photographer. He noted that the beauty of this camera was that it basically provided professional settings with a simply menu setting...settings that require a lot of knowledge by a photographer. In addition, I needed a waterproof camera for snorkeling so this was perfect! Not to mention that you can avoid having a second camcorder as this one takes 1080p HD videos as well!! What an ideal camera for trips...especially cruises!!!

    If you need a rugger outdoor camera this will do it!

    I like this camera a lot- The view screen is much larger than comparable cameras. The picture quality is good for 12 MP, however there are certainly higher out there available. I really like the fact that when the camera is off the lens is covered with a metal shield. I am deployed presently and this camera rides around in a cargo pocket with no problems. My only complaint is that it turns on unintentionally occasionally. Other than great camera. Holding up great.

    Overall a good digital camera with great features

    I have been buying each new version of the Olympus Stylus Tough series since the beginning. Unfortunatlely, the image quality of the last two models is not a good as the older models. The grain is not as fine, even when shooting in ideal conditions at 100 film speed. I love the design and features, but Olympus needs to improve the image quality to what it once was.
