    Long-lasting and lightweight

    I've been looking for one of these again, as my last braided Xertube finally broke. It lasted for an extremely long time, like about 10 years using it once or twice a week. I like these because the braided tubes give it more strength than one tube, which I easily break--I'm on the stronger side for a smaller woman. LOL I bought the medium but could probably use the next weight up, which I'll probably buy. However, I can do more reps with the medium weight.
