I bought a phone from the seller. That was supposed to be very loud for the elderly. it is not loud enough for my elderly mother to hear PERIOD the seller will not Let Me Return for a full refund unless I send a video of the phone not working? How am I supposed to do that? I sent the seller 6 photos to show that the phone is still in excellent condition. Only used one time, couldn't hear, want to send it back. The seller is not cooperating.
