We appreciate your feedback, it helps us identify areas we need to improve in. We receive units from smoker's and try hard to remove the odder, and some our Veteran team members are still smoker's, but take care not to do so while working. We would like to address the cleaning to the cartridge pins, they are one of our prime areas to clean .. very time you put a game in, it can let the pins dirty, that's while we recommend cleaning after each usage. If you test 30 games . they have oxidation.

It's all good : ) Out of all of the 300+ cartridge games I have ( Just for Atari 2600 / 7800 ) , I can assure you they are all clean and / or brand new ( and stored inside plastic protector sleeves ) . I can't stand oxidation....and I do clean each cartridge after every use ( with 99% Iso. Alcohol + Q-Tips ) . Your very welcome for the feedback , hope it helps : ) Take Care
