This little guy is super sharp even at F/2.8. Probably at it's best at F5.6. Great ergonomics and nearly flawless images, meaning words like personality and character don't exactly apply, but as sharp and accurate as anything in the 35 focal length. Great travel lens. It is 43mm filter so that may be an issue and like all Zeiss it is not 6 bit coded. I call it the 35mm ASPH Summicron. Stands up to digital full frame very well, as well as any lens that exists so likely to be desirable for many years. Can you live with F/2.8, if you can this is a serious bargain.
