Fail. Poorly packed. Envelope was clearly very old and worn out and was not able to withstand the rigors of shipment. One of the seams came open in transit so it was empty upon arrival. A simple wrap of tape could have easily prevented this but seller was too careless to take that measure. Seller also refused to do anything at all to rectify the issue. He simply said "I'm not responsible for stolen items. File a claim with ebay." Be warned, this is not a top tier seller.
