I put five stars on shipping as THE SELLER SENT IT OUT VERY FAST!
But FedEx really dropped the ball! It spent SIX DAYS in the Twin Cities, incl. 5 days at one suburban location.
Then FedEx passed it to the USPS & they did their job, moving it quickly. (FedEx/USPS cooperative deal.)
Either FedEx bungled it, or, Minnesota is such a mess from bad govt. that nothing works there.
