I received the wrong item but everything was in correct packaging. I let the seller know and they were very responsive and made the situation right in a very timely manner. Refund issued within 3 business days. I will try them again in the future as the customer service spoke for itself. I also believe the seller was tricked when they received the item based on conversations, I do not think their intention was to scam me or give me the wrong item.
