Kettle fitted with Australian plug. Doesn’t fit UK sockets; not UK Compliant with British Standards for electrical products. Technically dangerous if not illegal for sale in UK. Instructions only in Chinese. Arrived packed only in a flimsy polythene bag, hence damage to item – potential danger through water ingress to exposed electrical parts - eg switch. Seller tried to make me accept the item and refused a refund at first! Demanded and eventually received full refund.
