    I ordered what was pictured, 5 Victor gaskets on a factory card. What I got was apparently 5 Gates gaskets mailed loose with NO tracking in a plain envelope, with no protection at all. The seller should have been honest about the brand, and taken more care in shipping them, even if he had to charge a little more for the effort. So you be the judge as to the seller's actions. The gaskets did arrive undamaged, but I consider that more luck than anything.

    Cheap China Made S###

    The first one I put on BROKE where the bell housing portion is roll seamed to the hexnut portion. The roll over seam cracked off as a ring. Fortunately I had bought two so I'd have one on the shelf as a spare. I used the spare and it has not broken (yet?) but now I don't have a spare on the shelf. Comparing to the two old filters I had I can see how the roll seam and hex nut have been made smaller and less robust. Next time I'll try to get one locally and inspect it first to see if it is any better. It is hard to find good durable well designed and quality manufactured goods these days regardless of whether it is made in America or not!
