this lp makes part of a series of lp´s that make me want to hear scorpions, making some believe that they started in 79 having already a career before
this new release of their first Lp´s till tokyo tapes , i ´ve only see them for sale long ago still in the 90´s but as i have a friend who had a incredible colection of "heavy metal" Lp´s, once he was listening to the live doble Lp tokyo tapes and i was talking to him but started to hear some fine hard-rock tunes that i never had heard from the scorpions and there was a lot of youngsters listening to scorpions in the early years of the 80´s but i couldn´t recognise any song, i had to ask what songs were that in the live doble lp, he told me that he also didn´t knew the original lp´s with those songs and a year or two after this conversation it came out a live doble lp that i think it was from their love at the first sting tour but no song from this early lp´s were played and at the time ... this new release of their first Lp´s till tokyo tapes , i ´ve only see them for sale long ago still in the 90´s but as i have a friend who had a incredible colection of "heavy metal" Lp´s, once he was listening to the live doble Lp tokyo tapes and i was talking to him but started to hear some fine hard-rock tunes that i never had heard from the scorpions and there was a lot of youngsters listening to scorpions in the early years of the 80´s but i couldn´t recognise any song, i had to ask what songs were that in the live doble lp, he told me that he also didn´t knew the original lp´s with those songs and a year or two after this conversation it came out a live doble lp that i think it was from their love at the first sting tour but no song from this early lp´s were played and at the time there was no internet ,so even scorpion´s fans didn´t knew about them at the time but as i talked to a older friend and aasked him about this scorpions lp´s and knowing that as i he also liked hard-rock but more itense than my taste ,he showed me several lp´s from the early days of scorpions, well i liked so much some songs that i recorded all those lp´s, but at the time it seems that there wa a barrier between the old and new scorpions the reason i don´t know but i was listening to this albums as if they were new and even detected an Lp that was kind of that album that bands used to release in the 70´s with one diferent style from all the others like the songs were suposed to be listened all as if they all were one song or jam session in this case was lonsome crow this to after discover that was the first Lp ,but with this level of quality why they split the waters and from 77 to 79 there´s a gap that i till today din´t understand why, but every hard-rock fan should hear this forgoten Lp´s that no song was ever released on several compilations released by this band that i have no problem in saying that evolved to a style that is garbage to me
