Avoid the seller.
Barcode reader was 1D, not 1D/2D/QR as in description.
Seller was notified about incorrect item, however seller tried to avoid refund, asking for video to be uploaded to youtube, then offering $8, then $13.
Eventually return was accepted and price of barcode reader was refunded.
But return postage was not.
When seller was notified that postage was not refunded, seller asked for paypal account.
That happened one month ago, details were provided but postage never was refunded.
