Leider war die vom Käufer bestellte Ware aufgrund eines Einlagerungsfehlers nicht mehr vorrätig. Wir hatten dem Käufer angeboten, die Ware beim Hersteller nachzubestellen. Dies wurde leider abgelehnt. Die Zahlung haben wir selbstverständlich erstattet.
