Amazing
It's an awesome information, just what is needed to be learned about tuning. I recommend it 100 %. You can learn about ignition mapping, fuel mapping, cruise mapping, etc. You can learn how to tune a car from the ground up and if you have some experience or know something about fuel injection is even more easy.
