    The item that I purchased was used and definitely not an open box, new item as the description stated. there were parts missing and evidence that it had been previously installed. this greatly reduces the value of this item. these parts are extremely hard to find. the seller did refund a very small fraction of the purchase price, however I'm still stuck with a questionable piece of equipment that i cannot even test because of the missing parts
