After ordering I was informed that Vonage would provide another router at no charge. I was late cancelling but John (indypacecarz28) actually went to the post office and was able to retrieve the package, and ultimately process a refund. Think about that: they were losing a sale on something already mailed for a Customer they don't know, but took the time to chase down the package at the post office, and then process a refund. Amazing!
Definitely will try to buy from these folks in the future.
