    Unfortunately my item hasn’t arrived almost 3 weeks since purchase. I’ve messaged the seller to try and resolve but have had no response. This is the reason I’ve had to leave a negative review. I paid £3.70 for first class Royal Mail delivery yet still nothing after 3 weeks..With zero communication from the seller which has upset me, I have no option but to ask for a refund. I don’t think I’ve left a negative review, ever! If seller replies here, not in messages to me, you know they care not

    I replied to buyer within 24 hours and refunded them. They left this feedback before I had a chance to see item hasn’t arrived. They purchased item when my account was on holiday mode, so they would have been made aware there would be a delay. Item could still arrive and just be delayed!
