    Not as described. Was supposed to be a "new sealed" LEGO set. Was actually used (had been retaped shut, contained zip bags, some things were assembled already). Poor communication from seller. I messaged about the issue. 5 days later, no reply. I opened a return request. 2 days later, still no reply, but the request was approved. 11 days later, I finally got my full refund. The seller never once replied to me. A simple "sorry, my mistake" would have made such a huge difference.

    9 days after leaving this feedback, the seller has now messaged back. They confirmed it was a mistake (not intentional) to send a used set instead of new. And they stated a pretty compelling reason for why they weren't able to message me back or get to the return sooner. Given how much positive feedback they have, I'm inclined to believe them. It doesn't change the fact that this was a negative experience, but I hope they are doing well now and hope this won't be an issue for future buyers.

    Great set!

    Our youngest son has been wanting this set ever since he saw it in his Lego magazine. Because things were really tight this Christmas, our boys had to pick one thing that they really wanted more than any other and this is what he chose to be his one present. He had no idea we were able to actually get it for him. He was the happiest kid out there when he unwrapped it and saw it. He didn't waste any time getting this put together. Definitely a success. :)

    Lego 76032 Avenger Quinjet City Chase

    This is an amazing set, it was interesting to put together and it is even more fun watching my boys create and interact with the set. We are very pleased with this purchase and would love if you could recommend any other sets that are this active and creative.
