Fun workout - get sweaty! Good value for money!
I was looking for something fun to get rid of my excess flab!... this one looked interesting and fun. So glad I got it - I love it. The trainer is fun and if you get sick of her voice and just want to dance you can switch her off! Be prepared to get sweaty - she certainly works you hard, but its manageable if you have a bit of stamina - and the cool down stretches are a perfect ending. And the music that goes with it all helps with the fun. Definately the best out of many Ive bought in the past. Pump It Up - The Ultimate Beach Body Workout
I bought this DVD to try to get 'the beach body', however i dont think its that good. Inless you have got abit of rhythem and know how to dance its not really for u. they change the moves fast and dont really talk you though them. You seem to be spending more time trying to get the right move or do the move correctly rather than actually do it and get your workout done! Its not a bad work out its just quite complicated. i wouldnt recommend this DVD, inless u can actualy dance and pick up moves REALLY fast. Its pointless otherwise as you dont benifit from itI bought this DVD to try to get 'the beach body', however i dont think its that good.
