I understand that my item was sent out to me but
i did not receive my item because there was a problem delivering it? I realised that this was not this businesses fault about delivery , when I messaged them , they immediately gave me my refund back by depositing it in my bank account when i had message them about this situation. Although I am disappointed with Australia post I thank this business very much for refunding my money promptly.
