    OK version of Shakespeare's play

    This DVD was what I expected except that the film was very dark and I could not see the night time scenes very well. This was probably due to the original filming and on a big screen probably OK, but a bit disappointing viewing it on the TV screen

    Great adaptation

    This is an adaptation of "A Midsummer Night's Dream", which is Shakespeare's most romantic comedy. The cast is stellar and the settings are amazingly beautiful. It is one to watch again, as a special treat in the future, and I bought is accordingly. This a lovely, memorable film and is not to be missed.
