Seller sold me shoes as new that were clearly used (see photos). When I returned them, they accused me of abusing ebay s return policy , claiming that the shoes were new. Then they opened a case with ebay claiming the shoes were returned in different condition from how they were shipped, which was a blatant lie - I never even tried them on.
Edit: Literally immediately after I left this feedback, seller bought the cheapest item in my store and then left me negative feedback as revenge. Avoid.

The buyer (who is also an eBay seller) bought new pair of shoes, wore them then messaged us with an ultimatum to receive a partial refund in order to keep the shoes. We gladly gave a partial refund then the buyer opened a return case instead the next day. We received an empty box in the mail. Then we opened a case over a faulty return, the buyer left negative feedback. The buyer contacts us to buy an item from their store in order to remove the feedback. They went back on their word. Belligerent
