The seller shipped a product that did not match the listing. There were communication issues. eBay did provide a full refund, which was fairly painless, but if there had been better communications, I would have preferred to receive the advertised product. I have bought the same item from this seller twice. It was only on the recent transaction, that the product was incorrect. I still wanted the product as listed.
