Very well packaged and in good order on arrival.
The item works exactly as advertised, although it did take Mum a couple of goes to figure out the best way to add some ingredients (eg - cabbage) in the chute to get the best results.
My elderly Mum with her arthritic hands is very happy now that the chopping/grating is done for her which makes me very happy. :-)

Arrived in good condition amazing coustimer service somehow I was only sent 14 items from Amazon not 15 contacted the seller replies quickly and not only sent the remaining pack I paid for I was given a extra packet as a sorry for the mistake it wassnt sellers folt Amazon / Amazon prime sent the wrong number and seller fixed it.
