Overall great experience. The product was delivered quickly and the condition was just as described, brand new, in plastic and original packaging. The Iron did not work, however it is believed that this is a fault of ebay shipping. On contacting Woodbeat, they responded quickly, within a day and all the options and possibilities were offered, despite being outside the time window.
