Speaker arrived damage. The speaker was detached almost all around the basket. Seller was responsive and offered an exchange but was not clear on how to be sure that the replacement was not also damaged. I asked for a refund and no response. I had to get eBay involved to ensure I received my refund. eBay was great in protecting the buyers and received a refund. Thanks, eBay! Seller said he missed sending me a response that a refund will be granted once the speaker was returned, it happens.
