    This IS a high-quality and hard-to-find sew-on souvenir patch for a National Park. It is NOT 3" x 4.5" as listed, it is MUCH smaller 3.25" x 2 5/8". The seller charged $4.99 to send, which is not justifiable, given the small size. A simple envelope with a regular postage stamp would have been just fine, and much less $. I would like to recommend this seller, but, you know ...

    SELLER BEWARE!!! This Buyer was a Complainer from the get go and he was not happy with the shipping before he even bought the item,but then Thanked me for selling him such a rare and special patch and was okay with lowest usps ship price . After he received the item he vindictively gave me a Negative Feedback due to the shipping.....UNBELIEVABLE !!!
