Items came fine and as pictured, but they weren't packed very carefully. The box was dented up pretty badly when delivered, which I'm not blaming the seller. BUT, just writing "fragile" on the box doesn't protect the contents. The pans were just tossed in a makeshift box at a weird angle with no other packing material inside. It's lucky that the items weren't crushed along with the box. Just letting the seller know that a little more care in packing would help justify the shipping cost.
