The dress is great. I was surprised by the additional shipping and taxes levied on the transaction. It was a material increase to the overall price and I regret buying the item. I appreciate the transaction terms contemplate additional fees, but I have not had this experience shipping from Australia to Canada before, and I work in an international industry so have a reasonable expectation of custom/border taxes. I almost didn’t claim the package I was so upset, but sunk cost won the day.
